Required Documentation

  • Commercial invoice.
     
  • Business Partner Number for companies (IMPORTERS AND EXPORTERS).
     
  • CD1 forms for exports (Obtained from commercial bank).This requirement applies to companies.
     
  • Company latest tax clearance certificate. If clearance is not up to date 10% presumptive tax will be added on normal duty rates.
     
  • Customs duty for Clothing has a combination rate of USD2.50 per kg and 40% of CIF value plus 15% of Value for Vat purposes (VVP) as VAT.
     
  • Duty for vehicles is 86% of its Cost Insurance and Freight value.
